Shipping Methods
We offer both air freight and sea freight shipping options. Depending on the destination and shipping arrangements, orders are usually dispatched via UPS, FedEx, SF Express, DHL or EMS.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to follow your shipment online.
Please Note:
- For sea freight shipments, delivery to the port in your country usually takes approximately one month from the dispatch date.
- Once the shipment arrives at your country’s port, it will be handed over to a local courier service, such as UPS, FedEx, SF Express, DHL or EMS, for final delivery.
Shipping Costs & Customs Duties
The listed prices of all our busts and statues already include shipping costs. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees.
Please Note:
- Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price.
- If customs duties or taxes apply, your local customs authority will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
- Please check your email regularly for customs notifications.
- Any applicable customs duties will be assessed by your local customs authority based on the declared value and its own regulations.
Worldwide Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping to destinations across the globe.
Please Note:
- For destinations where reliable air freight or courier services are not readily available, shipments may be arranged by sea freight instead.
- The available shipping method will depend on the destination and local delivery infrastructure.
Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are generally dispatched within approximately 65–90 days after payment has been received.

- Each bust is individually handcrafted by our artists. Our products are not mass-produced by machines.
- As every piece requires careful craftsmanship and attention to detail, production takes time.
- We kindly ask for your patience while your artwork is being created.
